Aligner 20:20 Business Growth Programme Contract
This contract is between__________________________.Limited (herein after called the Client) and
____________________________________ an independent Senior Associate of Navisys Transformation (hereinafter called the Consultant).
This contract covers the period from_________________to_______________________(hereinafter called the Period)
A. Principles:
1. Overall this contract aims to help the client to achieve a 20% growth in sales and a 20% reduction in relative costs or other percentages agreed between the parties during the Period.
2. The Consultant is responsible for carrying out the services described at B below and the Client is responsible for carrying out the detailed action plans that form part of the Business Growth Programme (BGP) described in 6 below
3. It is agreed that the Consultant will provide the Client with the services described below and that the Client will pay the Consultant the fees shown under C below
B. The services provided to the Client by the Consultant under this contract:
1. A detailed discussion with the Client to define the Client's short and long term plans
2. A walk through of the Client's business, involving discussions with the Client's key people to identify possible areas of cost saving
3. Use of 50 Pathfinder Boxes to gather key information from the Client's customers, employees and suppliers regarding their current and desired states
4. From 3 above an analysis of the needs and problems of a selected number of the Client's customers, employees and suppliers.
5. A description derived from 4 above of the Key Development Areas that will align the Client’s business with the needs identified at 4 above.
6. A BGP derived from 1to 5 above, which will include clear success measures for each element of the BGP.
7. Monthly review & planning and business coaching and mentoring meetings throughout the Period to help the Client achieve its BGP.
8. Supply of continuous quarterly feedback from the groups described at 3 above to feed into and guide 7 above.
9. Provision of a ESP 'Everyone Save a Pound' programme to enable employees to be involved in cost reduction and control activities.>
10. General advice and guidance on issues, obstacles and opportunities relating to the BGP that surface during the Period.
C. Fees and payment terms for the services:
£2000 at the commencement of the programme and a further £2500 on completion of the BGP described at 1 to 6 above
£1500 per month for each month during the Period paid monthly at the end of each month to cover activities described under 7 to 9 above.
D. Additional services:
£1000 per workshop of up top 20 people if the client wishes the consultant to deliver the ESP Employee Training Workshop associated with 9 above
instead of the client delivering the ESP training programme. (Note that as part of this contract and at no additional cost, the consultant will provide the
client with the training and promotional materials for introducing then ESP programme to its employees, should the client wish to deliver the training).
Should the Client require the Consultant to carry out additional work outside of 1 to 9 above, then the Client and the Consultant will in each case agree
the detail of that work and the fees to be paid by the Client to the Consultant for the additional work.
Intellectual Property
All Navisys tools and processes comprising the Aligner Business Growth Programme including but not limited to the Pathfinder Box, workshop charts forms and other materials and the ESP booklet posters and other materials remain the property of Navisys Transformation Limited and may not be copied or used for any
other purpose without the written consent of Navisys Transformation Limited.
